The Hanseatic Hotel philosophy

The Hanseatic Hotel opened its doors on May 1st 2006. The hotel is located in the heart ofBergen with the Hanseatic Museum as its next-door neighbor. Finnegaarden, the building in which the hotel is situated, is on UNESCO's World Heritage list.

It is a unique hotel for Bergen, and Norway in general. It has 16 double rooms, built in a classic rustic style. Our desire was to create a hotel with intimacy, warmth and atmosphere, which reflect the cultural and charming settings of which the hotel is part. At the same time the hotel has all the modern facilities available for your comfort.

Whether you are on business travel, attending a seminar, on holiday or just choose to take time out from your busy schedule, it is our wish that you are comfortable and have a memorable stay here with us.
